Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods such as the Christmas period (mid Oct-mid Dec) please allow us 2 more days to fulfil your orders.

Melbourne Local Orders

Fast & free local delivery (suburbs listed below) for orders above $80.00.

Please select ”local delivery” option for this service. If this option doesn’t come up, please select Pick Up and add a note on the order.

Please note that deliveries are done after hours on weekdays or on weekends

Local deliveries are now done based on 8km radius from our pick up location. 

Pick Up

Pick up is available, at Bunnings Northland carpark. Pick up time can be added to notes or arranged via email or instagram.


Australian Orders

All orders within Australia costs $10 under 500g and $15 above
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order within Australia depending on your location.

We use MailPlus and Auspost


International Orders

We don't cater for international deliveries at this point, but we're working on it!


Shipping Terms

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout.
If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking for up to date notifications once receiving a shipment notification from us, as Australia Post cannot guarantee that a card is always left. The best way to keep an eye is to get the AusPost app on your phone.

Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
